As you may have heard, the CDM Regulations are changing. CDM 2015 will come into force on the 6th of April 2015, and from this date every new construction project in Great Britain will be required to comply with the 2015 CDM regulations. Existing projects have until October to transition.
As you may have heard, the CDM Regulations are changing. CDM 2015 will come into force on the 6th of April 2015, and from this date every new construction project in Great Britain will be required to comply with the 2015 CDM regulations. For projects already started on site, the transitional period extends to October 2015, to comply with CDM 2015.
Many of the duties from CDM 2007 will remain, but they will now apply to domestic and non-notifiable projects. Clients on any project with more than one contractor (including subcontractors) will need to appoint all the required duty holders.
